Jenn is a dedicated community member and business strategist with a heart for service. With over 17 years in the business sector, Jenn’s new journey with NW Collaborative began with a simple belief: that every victim of trafficking and domestic violence deserves a chance at a new beginning. 

Her career has spanned roles in banking center management, ultra-high net worth management, and currently business banking. Her ability to drive strategic initiatives has helped secure millions in access to capital, transforming communities all over the Portland Metropolitan area. And all 17+ years of her career is with Bank of America. 

Jenn’s passion for NW Collaborative stems from her own experience with domestic abuse in her first relationship of almost 20 years. She knows firsthand the impact that dedicated nonprofits could have had for her. And she’s committed to ensuring that NW Collaborative reaches Women, Men and Children that need the help that she needed and didn’t have. 

When she’s not advocating for NW Collaborative, you can find her supporting her children in their endeavors in developing as young adults. Her and her Husband take the kiddos camping all over Oregon every year and are very close with immediate family. Always available to help Jenn’s folks on their horse farm or her brothers and their family. They love the Winterhawks and Blazers. They also have a Clover, Standard Poodle 12, and Ranch, Great Pyrenees almost four and 150lbs! The kids are in Club Swimming, Club Basketball. Gloria, 13, Charlotte, 11, are both in Middle School and are Honor Roll Students. Wayne, 10, is living his best life in 4th Grade. Gloria has been a part of CommuniCare for the past 3 years and has always taken pride in presenting funding to the local non-profits chosen. Gloria has also volunteered at Oregon Food Bank with Jenn since she was six. Wayne and Charlotte are looking forward to starting their volunteer path in the community, put on hold because of Covid.
