Board Chair (Nonprofit Governance & Executive Experience)

Doug M. Webb was born in Kansas City, Missouri, and raised in Southeast Kansas. He graduated from Kansas University with a BS in Petroleum Engineering and served as an Ensign in the US Navy for four years. Returning to civilian life, he advanced through engineering, supervisory, managerial, and executive roles. Raised in a Catholic home, he experienced a period of estrangement from faith before reconnecting with God in 2003, a year after his retirement, inspired by his wife Judi's participation in Bible Study Fellowship.

Starting in 2006, Doug embarked on 13 mission trips and pursued theological studies, earning an MA in Theology from Fuller Seminary in 2016 and continuing his education at The King’s University Seminary in Texas. Doug and Judi share a large family, including six children, thirteen grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren, along with their beloved rescue dog Toby.

In October 2023, Doug wrote his memoirs and enjoyed the process so much that he began creating Cliff Notes for books like Strange New World by Carl Trueman and Imagine Heaven by John Burke. The onset of the Israel-Hamas conflict in October 2023 inspired him to write a book exploring the potential fulfillment of biblical prophecy in Ezekiel 38 and 39.
